What is Financial Freedom?
Total financial freedom means zero debt, no
bills, no mortgage, and a positive net worth. In
addition, your net worth should exceed seven times
your annual gross income, and you should have
significant investment income.
Think of financial fredom in terms of survival
months. If your job should end today, how long
could your resources sustain you? Three months? Six
months? One year?
True financial freedom is having the resources
to sustain yourself and family for several years,
if not indefinitely.
